Ross Weaver PharmD, MBA
After eight years as Senior Scientist at the American Medical Association and seven years as Director of New Products Planning and Director of Licensing at Zeneca, Ross saw a need in the pharmaceutical industry and founded a company to fill it. He shifted his focus to enhancing the value of clinical trials for future patients and researchers, which is the heart of Clinical SCORE.
Ross had an inspiring passion for research and an enviable ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and develop solutions to meet their expectations. His commitment to letting customer insights guide product development will continue to inspire us at Clinical SCORE as we partner with clients to bring forth customized research solutions and publications.

Blaine Cloud is the President at Clinical SCORE, working closely with clients and overseeing projects in all three of the company’s areas of expertise — clinical, commercial and medical affairs. With a clinical and research background in neuropsychology, he has spent 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including more than 11 years in strategic consulting. He has held R&D and commercial roles on both the manufacturing and consulting side. For instance, he spent 9 years at GSK in Marketing and Commercial Development. His experience encompasses marketing research, tactical and strategic planning, patient-provider interactions, ad agency strategy, and more.
Blaine received his doctoral degree in neuroscience from Drexel University and has more than 20 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Gary Kaplan MS
Vice President of Medical Affairs Research
Gary Kaplan is Vice President of Medical Affairs Research at Clinical SCORE and the Account Director for the company’s Partner of Choice™ product. He has more than thirty years of professional experience as a statistician for market research and developer of cutting-edge approaches to business challenges and market sizing models, as well as a specialized focus on conversion of corporate business problems to useable designs. Previously, Gary was the Chief Operating Officer for Leger Marketing/TRIG (a Canadian leader in public opinion polling and market research), the Executive Vice President at TNS and Research, and an Account Executive at Chilton Research Services.
He holds a Master of Science in Urban Studies with a major in Research Modeling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, and a Master of Science in Applied Statistics from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA.
Anne Weaver, RN
Quality Assurance Manager
Anne joined Clinical SCORE in 2013, and became the company’s Editor in 2015, bringing 25 years experience as a full-time R.N. in various fields within both inpatient and outpatient settings. After receiving her training at Mercy School of Nursing in Fort Scott, Kansas, Anne has worked in hospitals in Kansas, Tennessee, Minnesota, Illinois, and Delaware.
Contributing to the level of excellence Clinical SCORE looks for in its written content is very important. As the Manager of Quality Assurance, Anne becoming Editor was a natural complement to her assiduous detail orientation.
Human Resources Manager
Ronda Clark is Clinical SCORE’s Procurement and Human Resources Manager. Ronda is charged with overseeing all aspects of HR, purchasing, contracts and Regulatory compliance for the organization. Her areas of expertise include organizational operations, systems, processes, efficiency, purchasing, business correspondence, and document control. Ronda brings over 25 years of experience in frontline retail management and customer service training to Clinical SCORE.
Ann Ferentinos, MBA
Ann is Clinical SCORE’s Bookkeeper, bringing her 20+ years of financial management experience and areas of expertise in financial analyses, budgeting/forecasting, cost allocations, work flow re-engineering, and cost reduction initiatives. Ann joined the company is 2014, and is a detail-oriented multi-tasker, with exemplary organization and project management skills, along with a proven ability to work effectively with teams and people at all levels of organization.She holds an MBA from Widener University, and a BS in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
Client Services Director
Deb Neville is Client Services Director at Clinical SCORE. She works closely with clients running projects in clinical, commercial and medical affairs. She has over 25 years of combined experience in large and small pharma and has led market research (patient, caregiver, HCP, payer), forecasting, pharmaceutical product development strategies and patient support program insight teams across multiple therapeutic areas. Deb utilizes unique market research methodologies to bring the voice of the patient into pharmaceutical organizations allowing the industry to develop pharmaceuticals and healthcare solutions that optimize treatment outcomes, support medication adherence, drive patient engagement and create a high-quality patient experience. She has focused the last few years on the consulting side of the industry.
Deb received her MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic at Hartford and her BS from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Kim Saxman is Operations Manager for Clinical SCORE.
She is responsible for developing and ensuring adherence to the operational framework for all Clinical SCORE projects. She creates strategic project management methods and ensures compliance with privacy, i.e., HIPAA, and other regulations. She is recognized for facilitating the timely and accurate delivery of assignments, adherence to protocols, and detailed documentation. Kim brings over 2 decades of experience in the healthcare industry, and in particular, within medical practices. She’s worked with a variety of patient populations to ensure every patient and healthcare provider is given a voice through Clinical SCORE.
Kim holds a BA in Psychology from Neumann University.
